Vice President Human Resources and Operations

 

Matadors Community Credit Union, located in Chatsworth, Ca, with assets of approximately $170 million, is in search of a high-level executive to have strategic and operational responsibility for our HR, Call Center, Operations, Compliance and Administration/Facilities departments.   This individual will provide effective and inspiring leadership to all direct reports by being actively engaged and having thorough knowledge of all areas supervised.  The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior management in order to meet credit union objectives  and will have extensive experience interacting with a board of directors.  Six to 10 years of experience in senior management at a financial institution is required.

 

Extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas is required:

 

  • Credit union industry laws and regulations;
  • Operational compliance, including BSA;
  • HR laws;
  • Regulatory, compliance and CPA audits
